Excellent Progression & Career Prospects

Due to further organisational growth (opening a new three bed home in St Helens) and staff progression Inspire Childrens Services are currently recruiting for the following positions in the Wigan and St Helens areas:  Deputy Manager x 2, Senior RCW’s  and RCW’s x 4 (to start in Sept 2017).

Residential Care Worker / Relief RCW

Salary: £8.15 – £8.85 per hour based on experience (plus a sleep in allowance of £57.60 per shift)
Experience/Qualifications: Desirable although not essential as full training will be given
Hours: Full time (based on a rota) or as required for Relief RCW’s
Location: Northwest
Role: To ensure that all of our children and young people are provided with the highest quality of care possible and to assist them reaching their fullest potential.

Senior Residential Care Worker (RCW)

Salary: £9.10 – 9.88 per hour based on experience (plus a sleep in allowance of £57.60 per shift)
Experience/Qualifications: Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People (or equivalent), 2 years residential experience.
Hours: Full time (based on a rota)
Location: Northwest
Role: To ensure that all of our children and young people are provided with the highest quality of care possible and to assist them reaching their fullest potential. As well as assisting the Management team to ensure that all responsibilities at the residential homes are met.

Deputy Manager

Salary: £10.66 – £12.49 per hour based on experience (plus a sleep in allowance of £57.60 per shift)
Experience/Qualifications: Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People (or equivalent), 3-4 years residential experience.
Hours: Full time
Location: Northwest Overall
Role: To assist the Manager in ensuring all responsibilities at our residential home(s) are met.

Registered Manager

Salary: £13.81 – £18.04 per hr (£26,570.44 – £34,708.96 per annum)
Experience/Qualifications: Level 4 in management or higher/equivalent, 5 yrs residential experience.
Hours: Full time
Location: Northwest
Role: To assume overall responsibility for the management of one or two designated residential home/s  (number of homes managed is reflected in salary). Taking on the additional responsibility of a third home further enhances this salary.
