Due to further organisational growth and staff progression Inspire Childrens Services are currently recruiting throughout Nov & Dec 2024 for the following positions in the Wigan, St Helens & Bury areas:   Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, Senior RCW’s and RCW’s.

We have great salary package in place for all residential staff and have also introduced a new bonus scheme for all staff on the achievement of ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted gradings in their homes. In addition, we also have introduced an incentive scheme of £150.00 paid to Inspire staff who introduce new staff members to Inspire as well as an additional days holiday on your birthday.

Residential Care Worker / Relief RCW

Salary: £11.44 – £12.19 per hour based on experience (plus a Night Time Allowance of £50.00 per night) It equates to approximately £27,500.00 – £30,500.00 per annum based on experience, 37 hrs per week and between 8-10 sleep ins per month.
Experience/Qualifications: Desirable although not essential as full training will be given
Hours: Full time (based on a rota) or as required for Relief RCW’s
Location: Northwest
Role: To ensure that all of our children and young people are provided with the highest quality of care possible and to assist them reaching their fullest potential.

Senior Residential Care Worker (SRCW)

Salary: £12.45 – £13.50  per hour based on experience (plus a Night Time Allowance of £50.00 per shift).  It equates to approximately £29,500.00 – £32,250.00 per annum based on experience, 37 hrs per week and between 8-10 sleep ins per month.
Experience/Qualifications: Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People (or equivalent), 2 years residential experience.
Hours: Full time (based on a rota)
Location: Northwest
Role: To ensure that all of our children and young people are provided with the highest quality of care possible and to assist them reaching their fullest potential. As well as assisting the Management team to ensure that all responsibilities at the residential homes are met.

Deputy Manager

Salary: £14.03 – £16.69 per hour in a 1,2 or 3 bed home on rota based on experience (plus a Night Time Allowance of £50.00 per night). It equates to approximately £31,000.00 – £37,500.00 per annum based on experience and 37 hrs per week and between 6-8 sleep ins per month.

Experience/Qualifications: Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People (or equivalent), 3-4 years residential experience (or equivalent).
Hours: Full time
Location: Northwest Overall
Role: To assist the Manager in ensuring all responsibilities at our residential home(s) are met.

Registered Manager

Salary: £36,000.00 – £55,000.00 per annum (plus up to 5k bonus)
Experience/Qualifications: Level 4/5 in management or higher/equivalent, 5 yrs residential experience.
Hours: Full time
Location: Northwest
Role: To assume overall responsibility for the management of one or two designated residential home/s  (experience and number of homes managed is reflected in salary & bonus). Taking on additional responsibilities further enhances this salary.
