Residential Care Worker / Relief RCW
Experience/Qualifications: Desirable although not essential as full training will be given
Hours: Full time (based on a rota) or as required for Relief RCW’s
Role: To ensure that all of our children and young people are provided with the highest quality of care possible and to assist them reaching their fullest potential.
Senior Residential Care Worker (SRCW)
Experience/Qualifications: Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People (or equivalent), 2 years residential experience.
Hours: Full time (based on a rota)
Role: To ensure that all of our children and young people are provided with the highest quality of care possible and to assist them reaching their fullest potential. As well as assisting the Management team to ensure that all responsibilities at the residential homes are met.
Experience/Qualifications: Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People (or equivalent), 3-4 years residential experience (or equivalent).
Hours: Full time
Location: Northwest Overall
Role: To assist the Manager in ensuring all responsibilities at our residential home(s) are met.
Experience/Qualifications: Level 4 in management or higher/equivalent, 5 yrs residential experience.
Hours: Full time
Role: To assume overall responsibility for the management of one or two designated residential home/s (number of homes managed is reflected in salary & bonus). Taking on additional responsibilities further enhances this salary.
