I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your team for the excellent work you have done in supporting X and keeping him safe. As we know X hasn’t been the easiest young person to care for and I genuinely believe that a lot of other providers would have struggled with him. You staff have always seemed genuinely caring, good humoured, exercised good judgement, resilient and always there for him despite some verychallenging behaviour at times. You have always done what we asked and agreed and communication has been excellent both written and attending meetings. I don’t write to every provider to acknowledge how positive working with them has been for the young person and our department only where I think it warranted which it most certainly is with you and your team. Thanks you very much for all your hard work and care.

I regularly complete feedback forms for the team at Inspire. I only have one child placed with them but would like it noting that this placement is one of the best I have ever experienced and I have worked with children and families for over 30 years. Communication is excellent both with the Local Authority and with family members, their documentation is always completely up to date, they go above and beyond their daily roles to advocate and ensure that the young people in their care not only have their voices heard but have a response to that voice and they are always ready to take on whatever challenge may come their way with a positive “can do” attitude. Many of the other homes in the borough could learn a lot of lessons from Inspire as I’m sure as their assessor have already noted.

Just a note to say thank you to you and your team at Inspire. Myself and my colleagues have been impressed with the care afforded to XX during his stay at Inspire particularly the care team. I have had regular updates from staff who have been fully armed with current information. Other agencies have also commented on the excellent team work and approach of the staff, the YOT being one in particular. The team worked tirelessly to engage XX and move him forward. Furthermore the team were keen to work with his mum and family and quickly established positive working relationships with them. I have also been impressed with the swift response from yourself to resolve maters when any issues have been highlighted. Once again many thanks for all your hard work.
